Will Nicolas Puschmann win Let's Dance?

The last few weeks were certainly a little more exciting for Nicolas Puschmann than for many other Let's Dance participants. Because: actually, the ex-Prince Charming would have already been eliminated. However, due to an injury to Ilse de Lange, he was allowed to move up again.

Now he's even in the final. His elimination may have served as a wake-up call for some fans. As a sign that no one can rely solely on good performances and jury ratings.

But will the mix of popularity and skill be enough to win the final?

Who will win Let's Dance

Let's Dance - where are Nicolas' strengths?

Nicolas was one of the most likeable characters in the relay from the very beginning. He danced his way from round to round and kept improving. This was noticed not only by the viewers and spectators, but also by the jury. Among others, especially Motsi Mabuse was enthusiastic about the dancing performance of the ex-Prince Charming.

However, his strengths lie not only in the aforementioned likeability factor, but also - of course - in his dancing performances.

He exudes good humor and manages with each of his dances to tell a little story as well.

A great basis for a high placement. But also the other two pairs should not be underestimated here.

Who will win Let's Dance

Valentina Pahde - a natural talent?

Valentina Pahde ("Sunny", GZSZ) has actually been one of the absolute favorites of the season since episode 1. Most recently, she impressed the jury and the audience when she performed a slow waltz in the "Impro-Dance even more extreme" - exactly the dance she had never danced before!

She seems to be one of the dance competitors who can adapt comparatively quickly to new situations. In addition, she knows that she has a quite considerable GZSZ fanbase behind her.

Can she be a danger to Nicolas in the last few meters?

Rúrik, the heartthrob

Rúrik Gíslason is exactly what you would call a typical "heartthrob". And in recent weeks, the ex-footballer may well have won many men's hearts as well. He stands for a mix of feeling and skill... And looks.

She never made a secret of the fact that his dance partner was happy to have him as a candidate. Especially in the first weeks, it was a lot of fun to follow the posts about the show and Rúrik on twitter.

Will the fascination that the ex-footballer exerts on so many people be enough to win?

Conclusion: A close call

Everyone who made it to the Let's Dance finals in 2021 also deserves the title of "Dancing Star. This year, it's also likely to be a little tighter than in previous years. Ultimately, the audience will decide what they prefer: perfection, individuality, authenticity or skill? Or perhaps all of these together.

In the event that Nicolas should win, it would probably be a small, big sensation. As I said, he would actually already have been eliminated. A classic second chance, which he certainly deserves after all his efforts.

The current Let's Dance season has once again shown that the success of the format - even in its 14th season - is still unbroken. The dance show also enjoys particular popularity within the LGBTQ community.

This is undoubtedly due not only to Jorge and his "special" costumes, but certainly also to the fact that even during the pandemic the show has managed to bring a healthy degree of normality to living rooms - and perhaps also to a special extent to Nicolas' optimistic nature? Who knows?

The Trans Model Alex has won the GNTM final 2021.
