Plugins of the social network Facebook, provider Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA, are integrated on our pages. You can recognize the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the "Like button" ("Like") on our page. You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.
When you visit our pages, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server via the plugin. Facebook thereby receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook "Like" button while logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our pages on your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate the visit to our pages with your user account. 1. Use of Facebook Remarketing

We use the "Custom Audiences" remarketing function of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook") on our website. By means of this function, the provider can target visitors to the website with advertising by displaying personalized, interest-related Facebook ads for visitors to the website when they visit the Facebook social network. For this purpose, the remarketing tag of Facebook has been implemented on this website. Via this tag, a direct connection to the Facebook servers is established when visiting the website. This transmits to the Facebook server that you have visited this website and Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account.
To carry out the analysis of website usage, which forms the basis for the creation of interest-based advertisements, Facebook uses so-called cookies.
For this purpose, Facebook stores a small file with a sequence of numbers in the browsers of visitors to our website. This number is used to record the visitors to the website as well as anonymized data about the use of the website. There is no storage of personal data of visitors to the website. If you subsequently visit Facebook, you will be shown advertisements that are highly likely to take into account previously accessed product and information areas.
If you do not want the data to be collected by Facebook, you can reject storage under the following link: https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads. To do this, you must be logged into Facebook. When using multiple browsers, you must perform the process individually.
A direct connection to the Facebook servers is established via this tag when you visit the website. This transmits to the Facebook server which of our web pages you have visited. Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. For more information about the collection and use of data by Facebook, about your rights in this regard and options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook's privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/ . If you do not want Facebook to assign the collected information directly to your Facebook user account, you can deactivate the remarketing function "Custom Audiences" under this link https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads#_=_ . To do this, you must be logged in to Facebook.

    1. Facebook Connect / Facebook Login for Apps

If a user has a Facebook profile, he or she can log in to our website to create a customer account or register using the "Facebook Connect" social plugin of the Facebook social network, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Facebook"), using the so-called single sign-on technology. The social plugins from "Facebook Connect" on our website can be recognized by the blue button with the Facebook logo and the inscription "Log in with Facebook" or "Login with Facebook" or "Connect with Facebook" or "Log in with Facebook" or "Sign in with Facebook".

When the site visitor calls up a page of our website that contains such a plugin, his browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to the browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Facebook receives the information that the browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if the visitor/user does not have a Facebook profile or is not currently logged into Facebook. This information (including the IP address) is transmitted by the browser directly to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there. These data processing operations are carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of Facebook's legitimate interest in displaying personalized advertising based on browsing behavior.

Exclusively if the user gives his explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO prior to the registration process on the basis of a corresponding notice about the exchange of data with Facebook, we receive the general and publicly accessible information stored in the respective profile when using the "Facebook Connect" button from Facebook, depending on the personally made data protection settings at Facebook. This information includes the user ID, name, profile picture, age and gender.

We would like to point out that, following changes to Facebook's data protection conditions and terms of use, when consent is given, there may also be a transfer of profile pictures, user IDs of friends and the friends list if these have been marked as "public" in the privacy settings at Facebook. The data transmitted by Facebook will be stored and processed by us for the creation of a user account with the necessary data, if these have been released by the user at Facebook for this purpose (title, first name, last name, address data, country, e-mail address, date of birth). Conversely, data (e.g. information on browsing or purchasing behavior) may be transferred from us to the corresponding Facebook profile on the basis of consent.

The consent granted can be revoked at any time by sending a message to the aforementioned data protection officer. Facebook Inc. with headquarters in the USA is certified for the EU-US data protection agreement "Privacy Shield", which ensures compliance with the level of data protection applicable in the EU. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as the related rights and settings options for protecting privacy, can be found in Facebook's privacy policy. If the user does not want Facebook to directly assign the data collected via our website to his Facebook profile, he must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. The visitor can also completely prevent the loading of Facebook plugins with add-ons for the browser.
