The Rößler pond near Ravensburg

The Rößlerweiher is a beautiful lake located north of Ravensburg near Schlier. It has an area of over 20 hectares and is considered one of the oldest natural lakes in Germany with its almost 10,000 years. But that's not all, because it is also the oldest reservoir in Central Europe, since it was already secured and built in 1150 by man. Today you can walk or hike in the huge nature reserve.
