The Luitpold Park in Munich

Luitpoldpark

Luitpoldpark is probably the most famous park in downtown Munich and one of the most famous green spaces in all of Bavaria. It is a 33-hectare park that offers a wonderful view of the Munich TV Tower. Hardly anyone knows that the 37 meter high hill in the middle of the park is a mountain of rubble from World War 2. Just as striking as the mountain of rubble is the beautiful hedge maze, in which one also likes to get lost sometimes. But the special thing is that the Luitpoldpark from the parking lot to the entrance / exit and the public toilet, has been built completely barrier-free. So that wheelchair users can also move here all alone .

But all this is not the reason why the gay and bisexual men of Planet-Randy feel so comfortable here. Because the reason why they like the Luitpoldpark so much is simply because it has been one of the most popular gay cruising hotspots in the city since the early 80s. That's why hundreds of men of all sexualities meet here every day to have fun together. The most popular meeting places for this are at the park flap or along the winding paths. But the most popular is on top of the Berg spitze, where you have a wonderful view over Munich.

But you can also have a lot of fun at the Klappe am Stadtpark.
