The Botanical Garden of Minden is located in the heart of the city. It is also known as the Old Cemetery of Minden and is also a protected monument. Strictly speaking, it is located in the Königsglacis west of the city center. However, it is located in front of the old fortress walls and therefore does not belong directly to the old fortress city. Nevertheless, the green area is one of the most idyllic places in the entire city. Here you can walk among the numerous memorial stones and tropical trees and plants.
