The Arkenberger Baggersee near Berlin

Arkenberg quarry pond
The Arkenberg quarry pond has an area of about 13 hectares and is also used, among other things, as a Arkenberg gravel pit known. It is located in the northern Berlin District Pankow and is thus located close to the City border to Brandenburg. The quarry pond was created in the 70s when gravel was sought here for the construction of the freeways. A10 and A114 has dug. Today, in summer, it is one of the most popular swimming and entertainment lakes in the whole city.

But also gay and bisexual men love to do their mischief here, because the Arkenberger Baggersee also offers an excellent gay cruising area. Here at the bathing lake, countless interested people meet in good weather for wild goings-on and fun. Since it is located in a nature reserve, it is also equipped with numerous trees and bushes that offer excellent hiding places. But also the lake itself offers a great variety for the splashing fun.

The best way to reach the north side of the Arkenberger Baggersee is via the A114 freeway. For this you only have to take the exit Schönerlinder Straße (109) which is located shortly after the freeway junction Pankow. From there, take the first entrance in the direction of the Arkenberge construction debris landfill. Now you can already see the quarry pond and look for a comfortable parking space on the east side and from there you only have to walk a few meters.

You should definitely head for the rest area on the A10 near Kalkberge.
