Cruising along the A114 is completely uncomplicated. Here, especially the Arkenberger Baggersee has become a popular place to go for different types of men. Since the lake - especially in summer - is often also used by many visitors, the sexy cruising activities take place mainly in the late evening and night hours.
Many gays love to enjoy the mix of swimming and sex and optionally venture especially deep into the forest. Since the lake is not far from the highway, you only have to drive a few minutes from the exit to arrive at this sexy location.
Cruising in a natural environment
The camp of cruising fans can actually be divided into two camps: those who are into parking lots and (often) dirty sex, and those who are into "outdoor adventures" in nature.
The Arkenberger Baggersee stands for everything you imagine under a "perfect" cruising adventure.

In search of the right cruising partner on the A114
As already mentioned, many visitors also pass the time at the A114 or at the Arkenberger Baggersee during the day. The later it gets, the more gay or bisexual men usually find themselves here. Many of them meet directly at the waterfront and then retreat into the forest. There are so many trees and bushes here that it's easy to find a cozy spot - even when it's busy (again).
For some time now, however, there has been more cruising at night in the lake itself. How "brave" you want to be here is up to your personal taste. But whether on land or in the water: don't forget your rubbers!
How to find your way to the cruising location
Especially on the northern side of the quarry pond there is a lot of action. It is best to take the exit "Schönerlinder Straße" and then turn into the road that is signposted "Bauschuttdeponie Arkenberge". A few meters later you can already look for a parking lot. After a few minutes of walking you will be at the lake and you can start!
