Many fans have been waiting for this for a long time. Now the time has finally come! The start date for Queer Eye Germany has been set: March 9, 2022. Anyone who wants to can then watch the show on a well-known streaming provider.

However, this is about much more than "just" entertainment. Rather, the show is intended to help people who are currently struggling with themselves, have problems or simply want to stand by themselves.

Queer Eye Germany starts in March 2022

What exactly is Queer Eye Germany about?

In simple terms, Queer Eye is a show that has made it its mission to help people. And because experience shows that every problem is different, work is done here on the basis of five different areas. Always in focus: an increased quality of life for those affected.

Depending on which area is to be worked on, a different coach is assigned to help. The series is therefore not only entertaining, but also very emotional in many places. So it's all the better that the format can now also be seen in Germany.

The message behind Queer Eye is clear: With the right people by your side and a little motivation, it is possible to overcome limitations. The reward: an improved quality of life and the good feeling of being able to stand by oneself.

These experts are involved in Queer Eye 2022

Those who want to improve their quality of life usually have to start in different areas. And this is exactly where Queer Eye comes in.

Aljosha Muttardi, for example, who many people certainly know from his successful YouTube channel "Vegan is Unhealthy," takes care of everything to do with nutrition and mental health. Leni Bolt, on the other hand, has made it her mission to support or build up the participants' self-confidence. Jan-Henrik Scheper-Stuke is an expert on everything to do with fashion. He is supposed to help the participants to further emphasize or find their personal style. David Jakobs is in the field of beauty. Here it is all about discovering one's own beauty and emphasizing it even better. Ayan Yuruk takes care of the appropriate "setting" by taking a close look at the participants' homes. Among other things, he shows that the environment in which a person moves for a large part of the day can certainly have an influence on his or her psyche.

More details about Queer Eye

Queer Eye is not a pilot project, at least not internationally. The series has been well known in the U.S. for some time now and has repeatedly generated high ratings. One of the reasons for this is that the characters involved are always unique and show how colorful the community has become.

Often the zest for life and the abundance of inspiration that awaits the viewer here has an infectious effect.

Whether Queer Eye Germany will ultimately be as successful and whether many will use the show to draw their own lessons from it remains to be seen. What is certain is that streaming will become a little more "queer" again from 09.03.2022. If the German version follows the American model, uncomfortable topics such as homophobia and racism will also be addressed. It remains exciting to see how the project was implemented in this country.
