The People's Park Mariendorf in South Berlin

The Volkspark Mariendorf has an area of 13 hectares and is located between Rixdorfer Straße ,Mariendorfer Damm, and Prühßstraße . In this wonderful park there are numerous sights as well as five lakes and various flower gardens. The Volkspark of South Berlin was created in the 1923s and has been renovated and embellished again and again since then. To the Volkspark Mariendorf is very centrally located and can be reached quickly by bus or train.

All this is probably also the reason why the gays feel so comfortable here. Because there meet under cover of darkness numerous straight and gay men for the popular cruising in the Volkspark Mariendorf. The Gay Cruising Area is located here on the edge of the path of the duck pond. For pleasure, people use the trails in the bushes or even the benches.
