The parking lot at the Railway Museum

Parking lot Railway Museum

The parking lot Eisenbahnmuseum is located in the southwest of Bochum and is super easy to reach by car. The fabulous railroad museum was originally built in 1916 and used as a railroad depot. But in 1969 it was closed down because a new one was built. Finally, in 1975 it was bought, renovated and reopened as a railroad museum in 1977. It has an area of about 4.6 hectares and is the largest private railroad museum in Germany. Among other things, there are steam locomotives such as the MEG-74, diesel vehicles such as the Köf-4737, but also various electric vehicles and baggage cars.

Also men with sexual interest like to stop here in the parking lot Railway Museum to have fun with other men. Gay and bisexual men are especially represented here. Therefore, the parking lot in the gay scene became a favorite cruising hotspot. Especially on weekends or in the late evening hours there is a lot of traffic here. Also heterosexual men with bi tendencies come here more often to make hot experiences. They prefer to cruise here by and in the car or in the adjacent forest with its numerous hiding places. You can easily and quickly draw attention to yourself with a look or body language.

Also very popular is the A7 rest area near Pilgerzell.
