The flap in the glacis is located in the middle of the Sanderglacis. The Sanderglacis is the largest park in the city. It is also known as Ringpark or Glacis. The name Ringpark is not a coincidence, because the park stretches halfway around the old town. But the special thing about it is that at the edge between the old town and the glacis the old city wall meanders along for 3.4 kilometers. This gives it a certain old charm, where it is wonderfully worthwhile to walk around on one of the countless walkers.

But you can also pursue other activities here in the park, such as cruising. Because just for this he is best known in the Würzburg gay scene. People prefer to meet at the flap in the Glacis or directly at the war memorial. On the public toilet one meets preferably distributed over the whole day. On the other hand, people tend to meet at the memorial in the early evening until late at night. But on the whole, a visit to the Klappe im Glacis is worth a trip for every bi or gay.
