The mountain park in Wilhelmshöhe
The Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe is located as the name suggests in Kassel near Wilhelmshöhe. The huge nature reserve has a total area of over 240 hectares and is thus the largest mountain park complex in Europe. In addition, it was recognized by UNESCO on June 23, 2013 as a World Heritage Site and has always been one of the top 100 sights in Germany. Particularly popular is the Wilhelmshöhe Palace which offers tours every day. But most popular here is of course the oldest building on the mountain, this is of course the Hercules monument which was built from 1701 to 1717.
But that is not all that makes this place at Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe so special. Because especially on weekends as in the early evening hours, the mountain awakens to new life. Because there meet at the foot of the Hercules numerous gay and bisexual men who love it fast and uncomplicated to cruise. Mostly you meet them at the lake or under the porch of the pavilion/waterfall. But those who prefer it more undisturbed can also make themselves comfortable with their partner in the woods. The best time to cruise here is in the summer, because you will meet here more often twinks and students.
You can also go cruising at the Frankfurt city forest.
