5 killer tips against wrinkles

Admittedly, sometimes they simply cannot be prevented. Wrinkles are perceived by many men as very disturbing. Thank goodness, however, there are a few tricks with the help of which it is sometimes possible to trick nature a little here.

Anyone who knows what triggers or can aggravate wrinkles has a good basis for preventing them. But what does this actually mean exactly? How can it be possible to declare war on these "signs of aging"?

The following tricks are at least worth a try. And even if wrinkles may not be able to be delayed until retirement age, it can at least be good for the psyche to learn to love these details about yourself (or your partner).

Tip #1: Use sunscreen

The sun dries out the skin and dehydrated skin ages faster. Therefore, it is all the more important to help accordingly and to supply the "largest organ" with moisture. Especially passionate sunbathers should not make any compromises.

Speaking of the sun, sunglasses are also more than just a fashion accessory! By wearing them, you can often avoid straining to squint your eyes. The latter could otherwise cause the dreaded smile lines in the long run.

Tip No. 2: Drink enough

Sufficient fluid intake should also not be neglected with regard to the skin's appearance. Those who drink enough often ensure that their skin looks firmer and fresher. Depending on age and the average amount drunk per day, an effect can often be seen within a short time.

Water and unsweetened teas are best for meeting fluid requirements. Alcoholic beverages, on the other hand, can again promote the development of wrinkles.

Tip No. 3: Do not smoke

Smoking is not only a health problem, but can also lead to wrinkles. After all, a large part of the smoke is blown almost directly into the face. Particularly interesting in this context is also the fact that nowadays far more people find smoking unattractive than was the case a few years ago.

Accordingly, it could also be an advantage in terms of flirting if the cigarette stays out.

Tip No. 4: Get enough sleep

Lack of sleep can lead to wrinkles. The term "beauty sleep" is therefore no coincidence. Many experts are of the opinion that an average sleep volume of about eight hours per night is sufficient. However, it is of course also important that said sleep turns out to be as restful as possible.

Electrical devices, especially smartphones, should therefore be banned from the bedroom. In addition, it is important to consider one's own needs. For example, many people sleep much better in a completely darkened room than in a room that does not become completely dark even in the middle of the night (due to street lighting, etc.).

Tip #5: Worry less

This is an effective tip, but for many it is difficult to implement. But: it is not an old wives' tale: worries can actually cause wrinkles and "incidentally" also weaken the entire organism.

Those who want to counteract this can, among other things, try to integrate regular meditation exercises into their daily routine.

One aspect that is always forgotten in all the discussions about wrinkles and co. is the fact that there are many people who find the wrinkles on their partner quite endearing.

Men (and women) with wrinkles are considered by many to be special characters who have already experienced a lot in their lives and are accordingly interesting. Anyone who notices that the above tricks just don't want to help on the way to a more youthful appearance should - also with regard to their own stress level - simply try to learn to love every single wrinkle.
