The Idyllic Blankenburg Lake
Lake Blankenburg is a dredged lake and has a size of about 21.5 hectares and is up to 16 meters deep. The western shore of the lake is about 50 meters next to the A29 highway. Especially this side is very popular in the gay scene. Because here is probably one of the most idyllic gay cruising areas in all of Lower Saxony. There the gays meet on the large sunbathing lawn or on the unofficial nudist beach.
