Elliot Page is happy and content and posts himself via Instagram in swimsuit

Not long ago, the Canadian actor came out as a transsexual. On that day, he put aside his female self and walks through life as a man. How happy he is, he presented to his fans on social networks.

He showed himself in swimming trunks for the very first time. The picture managed to collect quite a few hearts. The Internet world was, or is, for the most part thrilled.

Elliot Page's career - how did it all start?

The Canadian actor began his career as a young girl at the time. He played one of his first female roles in the comedy series "Trailer Park Boys. This was later followed by hit films such as "Juno," which earned him an Oscar nomination at the time, "Inception" and "X-Men.

"The Umbrella Academy" is one of his most recent works. Here he can be seen as Vanya Hargreeves.

Meanwhile, Elliot Page can say of himself that he is finally living the life he always wanted: life as a man. In his opinion, however, it is not enough to simply dress accordingly. For him, "transformation" means becoming a man physically as well.

His high-profile outing led to him becoming the first transgender man to grace the cover ofTimemagazine. In this issue, he also declared, among other things, that he planned to undergo gender reassignment surgery. The result can be admired in the above-mentioned swimsuit picture.

Instagram celebrates Elliot Page

The breast surgery took place already at the end of last year. The breasts were removed. The beginning of another exciting journey to yourself.

In the swimsuit pic, Page is casually wearing a cap and sunglasses... If you don't know him, you certainly wouldn't get the idea that he was born a girl. However, one of the most beautiful accessories in the picture is his smile, which radiates pure happiness.

Under his picture he writes: "Trans bb'sfirst swimtrunks". Among other things, he captions the photo with the hashtag #transjoy. Another great message that shows how happy it can make to stand by oneself.

Stars and fans express themselves

A "small" post on Instagram can trigger quite a bit,... That's exactly what Elliot Page's picture proved.

The post now has millions of likes and is almost flooded with positive comments. Several celebrities and fans have commented on the photo, including US talk show host Oprah and singer Miley Cyrus.

Many are also excited about how good of shape Elliot Page is in and let a little envy come through in regards to his body.

Unfortunately (how could it be otherwise?) there are also some negative comments under the photo. The people concerned mostly do not get along with the fact that Ellen became Elliot and express this with appropriate smileys. Some call the transformation - in summary - "sick" or send wild insults.

Such comments only prove once again how much society needs brave people like Elliot Page. And for sure he is much too happy at the moment anyway to deal with such negativity in his life.
